35 | Why can't I find my order in my personal profile?

If you have registered on the site after completing your order, you may not see it in the history within your Personal Profile. In that case, you will find all the details of your last purchase in the order confirmation e-mail sent to your e-mail address.

Alternatively:

  • Register on the Amevista website, entering the email with which you made the purchase.
  • Enter your Personal Area, click on the “Orders” box, and follow the instructions for the order reconciliation process.
